About Our Founder
Caitlyn O’Loughlin, ACC, CPCC, MA
Caitlyn is an organizational psychologist and professional coach based in the greater New York area. She is the Founder of CMG Coaching, LLC and Principal Consultant. She also holds a Master’s in Organizational Development, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and maintains additional HR, instructional design, and training certifications from SHRM, ATD, and Everything DiSC.
With her 15+ years experience in HR, talent management, learning and organizational development, and coaching, Caitlyn has trained and coached individual contributors, managers, execs, and teams around the globe in for-profit and non-profit organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Google, Paramount, and Booking Holdings to large tech organizations like AirBnb, NYT, Sony, Spotify, Lyft, Twilio, TEDx, and WW, and innovative start-ups like ClassPass, Glossier, Greenhouse, and Notion. She’s managed large-scale change through rapid growth, reorgs, and acquisitions, built and scaled inclusive cultures, designed and delivered talent programs, and empowered leaders in e-commerce, finance, government, healthcare, higher education, professional services, media, and technology industries.
